Elevate Teaching works to build a thriving educator workforce for  California public schools. We partner with public school systems and higher education institutions to recruit, prepare, and retain highly effective teachers who reflect the communities they serve and are committed to educational equity.

Through our residency and early career pathway programs, we work to lower barriers to entry, attract strong candidates from local communities, and set new teachers up for long-term success in the classroom
