The Teaching Pathways Fellowship offers early exposure to the teaching profession for diverse college students interested in exploring careers in education. Fellows will join a cohort of other college students on their campus, where they will participate in cohort-based professional learning, get paired with a mentor teacher, and participate in field experiences in local schools throughout the school year. We are piloting the program at UC Berkeley in the 2023-24 school year with a cohort of 10-20 undergraduate students. The pilot year will be designed around a student-led course “Introduction to Teaching” offered in the Fall semester at UC Berkeley.
We are looking for volunteers who are interested in participating as mentors, school hosts, and guest speakers for the Fall semester course. Please complete this form if you are interested!
