Aditi Goel brings over 20 years of nonprofit and education expertise and impact to the work of solving critical problems around equity and opportunity, particularly in the education sector. The unique multi-sector experience Aditi has as a Teach for America teacher, nonprofit executive, and Google Diversity & Education leader motivated her to create P16 Partners, a nonprofit and education consulting firm. At P16 Partners, Aditi provides critical advisory services for clients across the social impact, private, tech and philanthropic sectors. Aditi holds a BA in Philosophy from UC Berkeley with a minor in South Asian Studies. She earned her Masters in Education Policy & Management from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.
