Teaching Pathways Fellowship

The Teaching Pathways Fellowship is Elevate Teaching’s newest pipeline initiative, designed to give diverse college students early exposure to the teaching profession. Fellows join a campus-based cohort where they explore education issues and trends, learn from practicing K–12 teachers, and gain hands-on experience in local schools.

This course covers timely topics such as teacher diversity, credentialing options, mental health, school models, AI in education, early literacy, and teachers unions.
  • Guest Speakers: Teachers, school leaders, and teacher preparation program representatives.
  • School Visits: Fellows observe classrooms, interact with teachers and leaders, and see firsthand how schools operate.
